ABOUT US The Anambra State Cultural Association of Southern California was organized on April 1993, as a non profit association, to foster in Los Angeles and beyond, the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation among the people of Anambra State of Nigeria living in Southern California, for the purpose of achieving greater social interaction, networking, and economic prosperity and promotion of our cultural heritage. In pursuit of this goal, we the people of Anambra State of Nigeria in Southern California hereby adopt the foregoing bye-laws to become binding on every member of our Association. ARTICLE
